Vital Signs
Vital Signs® is a community check-up conducted by community foundations across Canada. It measures the vitality of our communities, identifies significant trends, and supports action on issues that are critical to our quality of life. The AVCF has undertaken several Vital Signs reports focusing on the Alberni Valley. A new Vital Signs report is now nearing completion and is scheduled to be released in April 2026. The previous reports from 2015, 2018,2020, and 2023 are are available for review below.
