AVCF AGM: May 21st, 2026

The AVCF Annual General Meeting was held on May 21st at Echo Centre. Twenty-four local organizations were awarded grants totaling over $95,000.

McCaig Bursary

Starting in 2027, the newly established "R. Gary McCaig Bursary" will provide a one-thousand-dollar bursary to a student at SD70 Pacific Rim or at SD47 qathet SD Powell River who is entering the field of Engineering at a post secondary institution.
